Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into our contact forms: your business name, your name, your phone number or email address, and any message you choose to add.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare the private preview you asked for.
- To keep a record of the conversation, so we do not ask you the same thing twice.
Our legal basis is your request to hear from us and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your details or use them for anything unrelated.
Who else sees it
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf. We may also use email and messaging services to reply to you. These providers process your details only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, or longer only if we go on to work together. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Email us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
